We want you to love your Justin Bieber official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
